Another 'butter birth'

A lovely birth a few days ago for the mum that was all ready to go, and as expected it was fast and smooth, a lovely home birth.

Come to think of it, it has been a long while since I've had to suture anyone - since April in fact! All the multips have not torn, and the first time mums I've had since then have either transferred care (for a vacuum etc) or been intact and not needed suturing!
